Pipes & Fusion Machine

The HDPE pipes are fused with our electrothermal fusion machine, which joins the pipes to one continuous tubing. In Azikel we have three(3) of the Mc Elroy fusion machines, which is designed for fusion of pipes from 8” diameter to 46” diameter.

The latest of our electrothermal fusion machine is a remote operational crawl type fusion machine, which allows the flexibility of accessing challenging terrain and difficult job sites. Our fusion machine can be decoupled also to allow for ditch coupling and fusion of pipes. Our ability to fuse our pipes with these special designed fusion machines sets us out successfully in our dredging operations.
